I have specialist experience in addiction, as well as in supporting family members affected by a loved one's addiction. I understand how complex and painful this experience can be, and I provide a space where you can begin to find clarity, strength, and hope.
If you are finding life stressful or challenging and feel stuck or unhappy, unsure what to do to change things for the better.
I have found that talking to a counsellor can help you make sense of it all, work through what life has thrown at you, and find a greater sense of peace and acceptance in yourself and who you are.
