My approach

Creating a safe place for you
I offer a compassionate and confidential counselling space, where you are met with care and understanding. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to support you as an individual, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work.
Counselling can help foster greater self-confidence, freedom, and inner peace. I am here to support you on that journey, whether we work together online or face to face.
Therapeutic relationship
The quality of the therapeutic relationship I build with each client is very important to me, as I believe it is a key ingredient in personal growth and lasting change.

Models of therapy
I am an Integrative Counsellor, drawing on a range of techniques and approaches to create a personalised therapy plan tailored to each client’s needs.
I also plan to run on-line Therapy Groups for women, conact me if you are intersted.
Having personally experienced the power of group therapy, I’m deeply passionate about its transformative potential — offering a unique and meaningful space to grow, connect, and heal together.
In my groups, I combine psychoeducation (learning about the emotional and psychological processes behind our experiences) with the power of peer connection. Together, these elements help you not only understand yourself more deeply but also realise you’re not alone in your struggles.
Drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, I create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into patterns shaped by the past, and begin to build self-awareness, self-esteem, and a stronger sense of self. Group therapy is a space to learn, grow, and be truly seen — perhaps for the first time.

WHAT CAN COUNSELLING OFFER YOU?
Counselling can provide you with professional and confidential support in difficult times.
Whilst counselling is not a quick fix or an easy solution to life’s challenges, it can help you better understand your thoughts, behaviours, and situation, allowing you to make more informed choices. Through therapy, you can learn new ways of responding, break unhelpful patterns, and develop the courage and practical tools to move forward. Change is never easy, but there is hope — it is possible for life to become more meaningful, and you don’t have to face it alone.
